The Ask
Stylar is an early-stage GenAI fashion try-on mobile app. For social media marketing, we experimented with generating AI influencers to speak to the target demographics. The main objective was to create characters who look down-to-earth, approachable, and authentic to our target audience.
GenAI Image Pipelines
For this specific influencer, we wanted to target cross-dressers, so I visited various Reddit groups to observe the personalities, mannerisms, and fashion sense of this community. Based on my findings, I wrote an image prompt and used ComfyUI with a FLUX model to generate 50 headshots. From there, I picked the best one and used Enhancer to improve the skin texture. I then sent that image to Midjourney along with a variety of outfit and location prompts that were also based on the Reddit research. Finally, I used these generated images to train a LoRA, which we brought back into ComfyUI to produce consistent images at scale.
